Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PJ Trades website, Discord server, live sessions, indicator access, and any related content or services (together, the "Services"), operated by PJ Trades LLC ("PJ Trades", "we", "us"). By accessing the Services or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Education only, not financial advice

All content provided through the Services, including live trading sessions, trade calls, alerts, entries and exits, indicators, market commentary, trade reviews, and posts by PJ, moderators, or other members, is for educational and informational purposes only.

• We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner with any regulator.
• Nothing in the Services is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any gains or losses that result.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading futures, including NQ and ES contracts, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, including any results, payouts, or testimonials shared by PJ Trades or its members, is not indicative of future results. Member results are not typical and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

5. Memberships, billing and cancellation

Paid memberships, including Premium Discord access, are sold and billed through Whop. By purchasing, you also agree to Whop's terms and policies.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• Refunds: there are no refunds. You can cancel your membership at any time.
• We may change membership prices. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we will give notice before they take effect.

6. Community rules

Our Discord is a professional trading community. When using it, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff;
• spam, advertise, or promote other paid groups, signals, or services without permission;
• share illegal content or impersonate PJ Trades staff;
• share your login or give others access to paid channels.

We may remove messages, mute, suspend, or remove any member who breaks these rules, without a refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the Services, including live sessions, recordings, educational material, indicator designs, graphics, and the PJ Trades name and logo, belongs to PJ Trades or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own education. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid content, including trade calls and alerts, without our written permission.

8. Affiliate links and discount codes

Some links on our website and in our Discord, including prop firm deals, are affiliate links. If you buy through them or use our discount codes, PJ Trades may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Discounts are set and honoured by each firm, can change or end without notice, and are subject to that firm's own terms. We are not responsible for any prop firm's products, rules, decisions, or payouts.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties such as Whop, Discord, FluxCharts, and prop firms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any trading strategy, indicator, or signal will be profitable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJ Trades and its owners, staff, and moderators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PJ Trades harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your membership and leaving the Discord.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
